I emailed Bulldog about this and received a reply from an AI assistant (of course!). The AI assistant said the issue would be forwarded to a human (probably best!). However, more than a month later, I still haven’t heard anything. So I have paid for three items but received only two. Honestly, I expected more from Bulldog, as the company’s ethos seems generally good. But they have also succumbed to the inevitable race to the bottom by managing their customers through a fog of failing AI. A real shame."
